The Kelly Memorial Food Pantry, formerly known as the Bob Kelly Food Pantry, began in 2001 with a commemorative gift from his namesake.

Area Served:
79901, 79902, 79903, 79905, 79912 79915, and 79930
On March 2, 2010, and in connection with the West Texas Food Bank, our food pantry began to distribute food boxes to all El Paso residents.

It is always best to call these places to ensure that the pantry is open as indicated.

Hours of Operations:
Wednesday and Friday
9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
If you are interested in receiving food:

To be a regular customer, you must comply with these guidelines:

-lives in El Paso County.

-have an ID card with your photo

-Show proof of residency with a utility or other invoice/receipt

-Customers are entitled to receive groceries twice a month
