The number of vouchers that can be awarded is quite limited, so it's best to arrive early. In order to receive the shopping voucher, you must bring the following proof with you each time you submit your application.
Proof of residence:
This may be a utility bill, rent receipt, or other dated document with your current name and address. To qualify, you must live in the Arlington Independent School District.
Proof of identity:
for every person in your home, It can be a Texas driver's license, a Texas ID card, a Social Security card, or a birth certificate.
Verification of income:
For the last 30 days
This is a salary stub, a disability award letter, or a letter from a food stamp office indicating the eligibility you will receive. This may be the stub of a check received from the company you work for, a letter specifying that you received financial assistance if you are disabled, or a letter stating the level of assistance approved by the Food Stamp Office.
