I have only been there once and everyone was nice to me.
I need someone to contact me.. It has been brought to my attention that a staff member there,, the man that helps with resumes,, has caused 2 ladies not to want get help that they desperately need. It's very shameful n downhearted of this to happen. Your there to help not to judge!!!!
The staff there has always been very friendly and helpful to me and my family every time I have had to go there. Especially when I have had to go to the food pantry and they also gave me diapers and wipes when I needed it as well. I am very grateful and appreciative to the people that was there to help me when I needed help. Too bad there is not more places that provide help in this area.
I was making a donation that you said you would pick up today at 4. I called at 4:15 and was transferred to a man...I believe he said his name was Charlie. He said he was running late but was on his way. He has never shown up. I'd appreciate a call to give me a guaranteed pick up time.
I have been hospitalized for covid pneumonia in both lungs. I am out of work and need food assistant. Can you help me ?

me my mother who is disabled and my kids just moved to rogersville we lost everything when I was evicted for my sons service dog we need help with food and furniture. we also need a stove and a fridge uf you can give me info on where I need to go or who I need to talk to about some help it would be amazing thank you.
