Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Requirements:

Michigan-issued photo ID with correct address for all adult members of household, as well as birth certificates for every member of household.
Must provide documentation of all household income within the previous thirty days, or DHS letter confirming no income.
Clients already receiving food stamps must show proof of last date received.
Must wait ninety days between visits, and twenty-one days from last receiving food stamps.
