Hours of Operation:
From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Tuesday and Friday.
Requirement:
A referral from a member church, as well as proof of all income including DHS, a driver's license or photo ID, Social Security card and children's birth certificate. Applications for TEFAP are accepted from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the first Tuesday of the month. The TEFAP distribution is then made later in the month by appointment. Applying for TEFAP requires the same documents as listed above. Services:
Their Senior Liquid Nutrition program distributes Ensure to those seniors age sixty and older who have their doctor place an order through Wayne County Senior Services. The Ensure can then be picked up between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM on the second Tuesday of the month.
