Our Lady of Mercy Community Outreach offers a program to meet
Community needs, including financial assistance, food pantry.
Senior Food Box Distribution, emergency food and clothing to the dentist and
OB/GYN and GED care, ESL and youth education.
They have two locations:
The Johns Island campus: Serves residents of Johns, James, and Wadmalaw Islands,
Neighborhood House: Serves downtown Charleston.
Food distribution hours of operation:
Free lunch program (offered daily at Buurthuis from 12.00-1.00 hrs; no appointment needed)
