Serving Tulsa county. Must be pregnant, have minor children living permanently in the home, be disabled or handicapped, or be over 55 years of age.
Documents Required:
Must provide one of the following for each member of the family: driver's license, birth certificate, insurance card, passport, or Social Security card.
They will need ID for family members.
Pantry Hours of Operation:

Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Tuesday: 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

3rd Saturday of each month: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
