If you are HIV+, receive less than 80% of the median income and live in either Summit or Portage County, you can take part in CANAPI's Organic Food Pantry.
They are open every other Thursday.
Clients are always required to bring a photo I.D.
Requirements:
Verification of HIV+ statusVerification of income (benefit letter or 2 months of most recent pay stubs for all in household)Photo ID
