Services: They offer a food pantry. Area Served: Parts of postal codes 44104 and 44127 within the city of Cleveland. The exact location can be determined by calling 211/First Call for Help. In general, income should be 200% or less of the federal poverty line. Households that do not meet the income guidelines but have extenuating circumstances such as loss of income or other financial hardship maybe served on a case-by-case basis. Documents Needed: Proof of address/residence: Utility bill with postmark, Ohio Works First OWF statement, or other official documents, such as that received from Social Security. Proof of Income: Government Assistance Allowance Letter, Social Security Allowance Letter, Medicaid Card, or Paycheck. Proof of family size: Birth certificates, Medicaid / Medical cards, or school enrollment forms for each family member). Photo identification for the customer and his representative, if disabled.
