Area Served:
Parts of postal codes 44104 and 44127 within the city of Cleveland.
In general, income should be 200% or less of the federal poverty line.

Households that do not meet the income guidelines but have extenuating circumstances such as loss of income or other financial hardship maybe served on a case-by-case basis.

Documents Needed:
Proof of address/residence:
Utility bill with postmark, Ohio Works First OWF statement, or other official documents, such as that received from Social Security.

Proof of Income:
Government Assistance Allowance Letter, Social Security Allowance Letter, Medicaid Card, or Paycheck.

Proof of family size:
Birth certificates, Medicaid / Medical cards, or school enrollment forms for each family member).

Photo identification for the customer and his representative, if disabled.

However, individuals can be served once without documents.

If the income is higher than the guidelines.
Pantry Opening Hours:

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday 11:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Generally closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/day, and all major holidays.
