On-Site Service: Open to those living in the Fairfax area bounded only by Woodland Ave to the south, Chester Ave to the north, E 77th St to the west and E 105th St to the east.) Delivery to homebound: open to those in 44103, 44104, and 44106 who are homebound and don't have other assistance.
Required Documentation: Photo ID; proof of address; proof of family size, e.g. child birth certificates, school records).
Hours of operation:
3rd Saturday 2:00 pm.
Home delivery: Every 3rd Thursday (schedules vary).
