Photo ID: driver's license, Ohio state ID), other official photo ID Proof of residence a document - must be within the last 30 days: light bill, post-marked mail, OWF declaration, rental receipts.
Proof of family size one for each person in the family): birth certificates, Medicaid/Medicine cards, Social Security cards, school enrollment forms, immunization records, WIC documents.
Each time the service, the client will need proof of residence and proof of family size if the client changes photo I.D., for the first time for the service, or the size/residence of the family.
Those who pick up food for someone else will need a photo ID for themselves and the person who needs food.

Pantry Hours of Operation:
Monday: 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
Tuesday: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 3:00 pm - 4:00
Thursday: 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Saturday: 9:30 am - 11:00 am

The pantry is closed whenever Cardinal Schools are closed because of inclement weather.
