To qualify, you must have a confirmed diagnosis of HIV or be in treatment for cancer from a healthcare professional.
Must live at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level to receive free services.
An initial intake appointment is required.
Office Hours:
- Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Meal Pick-up Hours:
- Tuesday 12:00pm to 7:00pm
- Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday 10:00am to 3:00pm
