Yes, It was my first time coming there and I need to express my issue. When they started we had to go up the stairs have our cards out - no problem with rules. Waited til he call us, we signed our name on the sheet the guy looks at the sheet and our ID and still asked what is our name (ridiculous, if you got the ID - "Why are you asking my name?) Then he finally types it on his end and throw me the number card. This is when I said, "Don't throw nothing at me, you could have place it on the table or asked me to take a number! You people better examine who you hired to do this job. This is no way to treat Anyone who use these free services.
