One Saturday per month 10:00 am - 12:00 pm call 847-662-1230 for details You must arrive 15 minutes before closing to receive the food. At COOL, visitors receive food based on the size of the family. Upon arrival, you will check in at the security desk and from there you will meet briefly with staff and volunteers to verify your identity, needs and family size. Most visitors are served and moved within 15 minutes of arriving at the pantry.
