- From 3:30 to 7:00 PM on Tuesday
- From 1:00 to 4:00 PM on Thursday
- From 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon on Saturday
County serves:
- Must be a resident of Hamtramck or zip code 48212.
Requirement:
- Photo ID with current address for Harvest cardholder
- proof of income
- ID for adult members of household and Medicaid card or birth certificate for all children in household
Visits are limited to once per month.
