1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Monday to Friday, except 2nd Tuesday, morning only.
Service:
Food Assistance Checks for three month.
Required:
Pregnant, breastfeeding or had a baby in the last 6 months baby or child until the 5th birthday.
You must already use Medicaid, meal vouchers, cash assistance or follow low income guidelines.
Notes: Recertification\ by appointment only.
