I found myself in a dire emergency with several young children i was NOT expecting. I found Deermeadows Church and spoke to a wonderful, compassionate young lady named April on the phone & explained everything. Within an hr my worries were completely absolved. Even on an off day from the Pantry, she had me come to the DeerMeadows Church office, & she gave me every essential I could have ever dreamed of for those 3 kids. And then today, I went back for the Feeding NorthEast Fla food giveaway, and since she knew I was meeting with Hubbard House For assistance with a few other things for them, she had already gathered everything I could possibly need & had it waiting in the Church office for me I can't begin to express how incredibly grateful I am for everything April & Deermeadows Church did for us. What looked like a looming disaster has turned out to be a wonderful experience. I am eternally grateful.

I have never visited a food pantry before I came across this one! The church is so amazingly beautiful and the people just want to give back to the community without asking for anything in return. My family and I have just recently hit a very rough spot and I couldn’t find any food pantry that would help us without having an ID and proof of residency etc. I called and talked to Ms. April a few times and she was nice enough to set a few things aside for us even though they weren’t even open that day! I can’t even express my appreciation for this church and Ms. April!!!
