To whom it may concern: Hello. I am writing this letter because I have a concern about the free food distributed in Washington Park every week. My parents sometime go to the Washington Park to get free food for seniors, including canned fruits, milk and bread. I found a lot of food they got were expired. I wonder if it is normal to distribute the expired food to people? Is it allowed in California to distribute the food to the end consumer that already passed the labeled date? Thank you!
