Individuals are seen by appointment.
To make an appointment, visit their office Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
You will need the following:
- Valid Photo ID
- Social Security Cards for all persons in your household
- Proof of income
- Current Utility Bill (if requesting utility assistance)
