Xemra Foundation Incorporated

Xemra Foundation Inc was founded in 2001, to promote the development of fuller human potential and achievement of self-sufficiency through educational opportunity and empowerment. Our programs also include HIV, alcohol and drug treatment program, and community service provider. We look forward to a future where individuals especially in the impoverished neighborhood will achieve fuller participation as contributing members of the community thereby allowing them to experience the maximum degree of independence and acceptance in all aspects of their lives. Special emphasis will be given to issues of hunger, homelessness, youths, welfare to work, ex-offenders, and disadvantaged population.
