Shepherd Kitchen & Thrift Of White Mtns

1997 with the purpose of providing food to the Hungry of the White Mountains. Many of our clients live below poverty level. We help them with basic necessities. Donations of cash & merchandise & food by retailers & individuals is the main source of funding for the food program. The Thrift store department of operations also provides funding and gives clothing, shoes, coats, etc... to those in need.

Food Assistance is provided to people based on need. We follow the Poverty Guidelines set by the Federal Goverment.

The amount of assistance is based on number in household and what the need is. Bring with you, verification of household size and income for the last 30 days. Also bring I.D. showing current address.

Hours and Days of Operation Food Bank Open; 12:00 P.M. - 3:30 P.M. Monday thru' Thursday

Thrift Store Is Open Monday thru' Friday 10:00 A.M. till 4:00 P.M.

 Both are closed on Major Holidays

 Food Boxes are provided every 4 weeks, or as needed.
