Open from 8:45 AM to 8:00 PM on Monday, and from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Last appointment at 6:45 on Monday, and 3:45 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Food shelf provides a ten to fifteen day supply of food for families.
Must reside in Golden Valley or south of 42nd Avenue in Crystal, New Hope or Robbindale, or east of 494 in Plymouth.
Residence exceptions are possible if you are currently homeless or have a referral from a local church.
Requires a photo ID, proof of address such as mail from within last thirty days, and meeting with PRISM case worker to review needs.
Food shelf is set up in grocery-store format so clients can "shop" for their needs.
