Walk and Knock, founded in 1985 provide about one-third of the non-perishable food going to Clark County's eleven food banks each year.
Board consists of 100% non-paid volunteer members from local service organizations such as the Lions, Kiwanis, Rotary, Optimist, Sertoma and the Clark County Amateur Radio Club.
The food drive encompasses the entire county, and volunteers come from several church, civic, student and other organizations, as well as individuals who would just like to help.
This project is like no other. It brings the entire community together, helping those in need, and bringing a sense of unity to all who volunteer.
