Food Bank Of Southwest Georgia, Inc.

Many of the counties served by the Food Bank of Southwest Georgia are among the poorest in the nation, with poverty rates that include as many as four of every 10 persons. The Food Bank ensures that member agencies serve those in need with food donated to the Food Bank. The food is distributed at no charge. To secure enough food to feed the hungry, the Food Bank appeals to corporations, individuals and families to make in-kind and financial contributions, as well as to volunteer their time and expertise.
