Mission: To serve the people of Monmouth and Ocean counties at vulnerable times in their lives through education, intervention, care and counseling. Vision: FCS will be recognized as the most effective social services organization in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Family & Childrens Service includes non-perishable food items in its holiday distribution: Operation Sleighbells. They have numerous senior citizen volunteers providing additional staff to food pantries throughout the area.
