Provides food to qualified individuals or families up to six times, with a minimum of thirty days between visits.

Must be a Resident of:

Requirements:

Photo ID,
Current proof of address,
SS,
Birth certificate or school ID for all household members and documentation of household income including benefits.
May also provide a one-time emergency food box without regard to the above qualifications.
