Amor Ministries

Amor Ministries is a non-profit religious organization whose mission is to provide housing for the poor while focusing on the needs of the local church. In 1980, Scott and Gayla Congdon founded Amor Ministries. The same year a board of directors was assembled as a means of accountability for the ministry. We work year-round with a board of pastors from various communities and denominational backgrounds in the colonias of Baja California, Ciudad Juarez, Tecate, Rosarito, and Puerto Pe?
